At our pottery studio, we like to keep things as fun and carefree as possible, even when it comes to shipping and returns!

Pick up party

For one day only for each limited drop, I will throw a picnic at a secret park (rain dependent). This is your opportunity to meet other enthusiasts while picking up your purchased products. If you are unavailable to receive your order at the pick up party, please choose the local deliveries or standard shipping method.

There will be no pick up parties during the month of December.

Local Deliveries

From day 1, our goal has been to build community. Opting for a local delivery allows the opportunity to meet the artist while saving your footprint on shipping. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, I will hand deliver for one day only purchased products with a purchase greater than $100. The date for delivery is 12/20. If you are unavailable to receive your order at your home address, please choose the standard shipping option.

Shipping

Guess what? Free shipping is on the table for all orders over $200 within the United States. For orders under $200, a flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout. We'll then sprinkle some magic dust and aim to get your pottery to you within 3-5 business days. Please remember to give us a little wiggle room of 2-3 days to process orders.

Please allow 4-6 weeks to produce and ship made to order ceramic pieces.

We are currently still researching how international shipping works. But please know friends, we do plan to ship internationally in the near future! Let us know if you have any great tips!
