Can I request a custom-made pottery item?

When does each limited drop happen?

Every month on Sunday at 5 pm PST, unless otherwise noted. Dates may change around the holidays to accommodate orders.  If you have an object in mind, sign up for our email notifications so you can be the first to know when it drops on the site! Follow my creative process on Instagram and YouTube.

Please note: All items are first come, first served! Leaving an item in your cart does not guarantee the item is reserved for you until you have proceeded through check out.

How many ceramic pieces are sold per drop?

Well, it depends! Saint Florence focuses on creating small batch, high-quality pieces so the amount fluctuates during production. I also make a limited quantity of your favorites as made-to-order!

How is it packaged?

Saint Florence has sought to find the most sustainable methods in packaging with intention to product protection during delivery. I use recycled and recyclable packaging to protect and ship all of the products. All packaging was made in the U.S.

Please note, ahesives are not recyclable on the packaging but I am seeking a premium packaging tape for future drops.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this moment. We currently ship our pottery products domestically within the US. Hold tight; international shipping will begin soon!

What if my pottery arrives damaged?

Oh no! We take great care in packing our pottery to ensure it arrives in one beautiful piece. If it arrives damaged, send us photos immediately, and we'll work with you to sort out a replacement or refund.

Where are your items made?

Saint Florence is made with love in Oakland, California. We are designed, produced and sold out of one local art studio.

How should I care for my new pottery?

Treat your new pottery like royalty! Hand-wash it with love to keep it looking fabulous. Avoid using abrasive materials that could give it a little too much character. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be head-over-heels in love with your pottery. If, for some reason, you're not, you can request a return within 14 days by emailing us at shopsaintflorence@gmail.com. Just make sure it's unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging! The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Are your pottery items microwave and dishwasher-safe?

Yup! Our pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe. The product description includes specific care instructions for each item.

Are your pottery items food-safe?

Yes! Unless we tell you otherwise, the shop description will note that each item is food-safe. 

Where did the name Saint Florence come from?

The name is not just another catchy name it has a lovely meaning I would love to share with you through this video.
